A Note from Principal Coleman:
November 9, 2023
Dear Heritage Academy Heroes & Families,
New Student OPEN ENROLLMENT for the 2024-2025 school year has begun and runs through November 1 – 15. We anticipate a continuation of increased enrollment, with many new families eager for their scholars to benefit from the quality academic environment at Heritage Academy.
EXISTING SCHOLARS – No action is required at this time. Once the re-enrollment portal is available, a link will be sent out to all current scholars to complete the re-enrollment form to reserve their spot for next year.
NEW SCHOLARS – If you have friends or family members that do not currently attend Heritage but would like to join us next year…they will need to complete the full enrollment application. The 2024-2025 school year option is now open. CLICK HERE TO ENROLL. Open Enrollment will run through November 15th and the lottery will run in December. Heritage siblings do receive a priority. Any applications received after the Nov. 15th deadline will be placed on the waitlist in the order they were received.
Current Students – No action is required at this time. Once the re-enrollment portal is available, a link will be sent out to all current scholars to complete the re-enrollment form to reserve their spot for next school year.
PTO DUES -To All Heritage Academy Pinnacle Families: PTO DUES PAY HERE
School administration diligently strives to keep costs down and does not randomly pass expenses on to families. Your suggested dues of $20 per family helps fund new technology for our scholars and provide treats and prizes for various school functions such as our Winter Festival. PTO Flyer Click Here
Our PTO has no major fundraisers that we will ask parents or teachers to support. We count on your suggested annual dues. We want you to know that all parents are invited to attend our Board Meetings!
New! Heritage Sweatshirt Order Form – $35 each. Orders must be placed by Nov. 17th. Click here for Hoodie Sweatshirt Order Form. Hard copies of the Order Form are being sent in today’s communications folder as well.
