Dear Heritage Heroes & Families,
It is unbelievable that we are nearing the end of the school year with only two weeks left. We want to make sure our scholars finish strong and keep working hard in their classes until the end of the year. Our scholars have done a great job this year, and it’s important that we tell them that. We also want to reinforce with them that our expectation is for them to continue to work hard these final two weeks. Thank you so much for your support and partnership all year long. It really has made a difference!
Field Day is scheduled for the morning of Thursday May 16th from 8:45 – 11:00 a.m. Here is a tentative schedule and information for the day. If you are interested in volunteering to help with activities for Field Day, please contact Ms. Lenhart in the school office at a.lenhart@heritageacademyaz.com
*8:00 am – Set Up
*8:45 am – Teams (Classes) go to Stations/Activities
*9:00 to 10:45 am – Activities and Games
*10:45 to 11:00 am – Pass Out Otter FREE Pops and Break Time
*11:00 am Return to Class.
*11:00 am – 3:15 pm – Regular Classes
A Big Thank You to the PTO and Our School Families for spoiling our amazing teachers and staff! Also, a big shout out to Doaky Cold Brew and Bloom Bread & Bake Shop for being on campus earlier in the week to celebrate our unbelievable staff.
Lunch: Scholar Council will provide a Pizza Slice to each Scholar during their lunch period in addition to their regular lunch. Scholars may dress down on this day in appropriate comfortable clothing following Heritage standards. No Swimsuits shall be worn on this day.
